Summer Acro

Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class. Our experienced acro instructor will guide the class towards increased flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline, and concentration. The class will focus on the fundamentals acrobatic technique, teaching such skills as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, back bends, walkovers, balance, contortion tricks, and more!

Summer Ballet

Proper ballet technique is the core of all dance styles. This course is set specifically to improve on ballet technique. Sharpen your posture, frame, core, leg & hip alignment, hands, feet, & body position in this 60 minute class.

Summer Dance Team Prep

Excited to start prepping for your high school dance team? This 1 hour class is for students in 6th grade and up and is designed to focus on jazz technique as well as to enhance sharp and clean movements on your leaps and turns. In addition, you will learn pom, hip hop and proper kick line technique to prepare you for that upcoming dance team audition!

Summer Tumbling 1/2

Is your Dancer eager to start tumbling? In this class, your dancer will build strength, balance, awareness and most importantly confidence! Dancers will start class with a fun warm-up and stretch that will have them ready to learn new skills. Dancers will begin to learn crab walks, bear crawls, table bridges, bridges, a variety of forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands! Dancers will work on headstand and handstand variations, forward roll variations, cartwheel variations, bridges, back-bends, back-bend kick overs, etc!

Summer Tumbling 3/4

Upon entering this class, dancers and/or tumblers should have the fundamental elements learned in Tumbling 1/2. Dancers will begin adding on to these core elements. They will learn back walkovers, back limbers, front limbers, front walkovers, round-offs, etc! They will begin working drills for one-handed front walkovers, side aerials, back handsprings, front handsprings, round-off back handsprings, etc.

Tumbling 1/2 (previously beginning tumbling)
